Shipping Destination
Rimefang currently ships to customers in the United States only.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD within the United States. Shipping charges for eligible orders below $50 USD are displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow a few business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

Address Changes
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or arrives with an issue, please contact us with your order number and any helpful photos or videos. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
